We are looking for a agile and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive to generate business opportunities for our IT Services, IT Infrastructure and Facility Management Services (FMS).

The candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong lead-generation capabilities, and the ability to connect with prospects, understand their requirements, schedule meetings and support the sales team in converting opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn and online research.
Identify new business opportunities for IT Services, FMS and Managed Services.
Connect with prospective customers and understand their business and IT requirements.
Make outbound calls and conduct initial discussions with potential customers.
Schedule meetings and demos for the Sales / Presales teams.
Promote services such as
IT Infrastructure Services
Facility Management Services (FMS)
Managed IT Services
AMC / Annual Maintenance Services
Desktop & End User Support
Network & Server Support
Helpdesk / Service Desk Services
Cloud and IT Support Services




Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and develop strong customer relationships.
Coordinate with Sales, Presales, Technical and Operations teams.
Prepare and share company profiles, service presentations, proposals and quotations.
Maintain accurate lead and prospect information in the CRM.
Achieve monthly and quarterly lead-generation and sales targets.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
Good cold-calling and lead-generation experience.
Ability to understand customer requirements and explain IT services effectively.
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Positive knowledge of MS Office, LinkedIn and CRM tools.
Prior experience in IT Services / IT Infrastructure / FMS / B2B Sales will be preferred.

Qualification & Experience
Any Bachelor's degree.
25 years of experience in Inside Sales, IT Sales, Business Development or IT Services Sales.
Candidates with relevant IT Services/FMS sales experience will be preferred.
