Position: HR Recruiter

Department: Human Resources

Industry: FMCG / Food Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to joining and onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, consultants, and other channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with concerned department heads.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, interview records, and joining documentation.
Coordinate offer letters, salary discussions, background verification, and joining formalities.
Maintain regular follow-up with selected candidates to ensure timely joining.
Support HR activities such as employee documentation, attendance,



and onboarding as required.

Required Skills & Experience
Graduate/MBA/PG Diploma in HR or related field.
2–5 years of experience in recruitment/HR, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.
Valuable communication, candidate-handling, and negotiation skills.
Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, email, and recruitment portals.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment timelines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
