HR Recruiter (Short)
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
Conduct telephonic HR screening and assess candidate suitability.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates until selection and joining.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Achieve daily and monthly hiring targets.
Build robust candidate relationships and ensure a positive hiring experience.
Handle offer rollout, documentation, and onboarding coordination.
Requirements
Freshers to 2 years of HR Recruitment experience.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and job portals.
Immediate joiners preferred.
