10- 12 years of relevant experience in dealer/distributor network development, network planning, retail/aftersales network optimization or market expansion planning.
Solid preference for candidates with On-Road / Commercial Vehicle business experience.
Exposure to Off-Road business will be an added advantage.
Strong analytical capability in market modelling, scenario planning, business case development and data interpretation.
Valuable understanding of dealer profitability, customer service coverage and network capacity.
Robust stakeholder management, project management and communication skills.
Relevant qualification in Engineering, Business, Economics, Data/Analytics or equivalent experience.
Fluent in English with strong integrity and a compliance mindset.
