Java Full Stack Developer

Location: Remote

Experience: 7+ Years

Schedule: Must be able to work Hawaii Standard Time (HST)

We are looking for a Java Full Stack Developer with strong enterprise development experience and, mandatory, a healthcare/public-sector background .

Key Requirements
7+ years of professional software development experience
Robust hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs
Front-end experience with Vue.js
Strong Oracle SQL skills, including complex queries and optimization
Experience with Kafka, JMS, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ
Solid experience working on healthcare, Medicaid, or government healthcare systems
Experience with Integrated Eligibility Systems (IES) is highly preferred
Experience with Medicaid, SNAP, TANF,



financial assistance, eligibility, enrollment, or benefits systems is a solid plus
Experience working with US state government/public-sector projects preferred
Ability to take ownership of development work from requirements through delivery
Strong collaboration skills with BA, QA, Product, and engineering teams

Ideal Profile We are particularly interested in candidates who have worked on US healthcare or Health & Human Services projects , especially Medicaid/eligibility systems , while having strong Java full-stack development experience.
