Role & responsibilities

Shell is seeking an experienced Kinaxis Business Analyst to support and enhance supply chain planning processes through the Kinaxis RapidResponse platform. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, supply chain teams, and technical experts to gather requirements, design solutions, configure Kinaxis applications, and drive continuous improvements across planning functions.Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Supply Chain Planning processes.
Translate business requirements into Kinaxis RapidResponse functional and technical solutions.
Configure and maintain Kinaxis applications, scenarios, workbooks, dashboards, and planning models.
Partner with Supply Chain stakeholders across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, and S&OP; processes.
Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend process improvements leveraging Kinaxis capabilities.
Support end-to-end implementation, enhancement, testing, and deployment activities.
Develop functional specifications and support integration requirements between Kinaxis and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
Facilitate UAT sessions and provide user training and post-go-live support.
Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.




Ensure data integrity, system performance, and adherence to governance standards.

Preferred candidate profile
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Supply Chain Planning solutions.
Min 2 years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse.

Demand Planning
Supply Planning
Inventory Optimization
Production Planning
Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;)
Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design.
Knowledge of data modeling and configuration in Kinaxis.
Experience with ERP integration, preferably SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA.
Solid stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working in Agile project environments.

Preferred Qualifications
Kinaxis RapidResponse Certification.
Experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, Manufacturing, or Global Supply Chain environments.
Knowledge of SQL, data analytics, and reporting tools.
Exposure to integration technologies and middleware platforms.
