Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify all logistics and shipping documentation.
- Process and submit (VGM) declarations as per shipping line requirements.
- Prepare and submit Shipping Instructions (SI) accurately and within deadlines.
- Follow up with shipping lines for Bill of Lading (BL) issuance and ensure timely release.
- Coordinate import shipments with customers, shipping lines, transporters, and customs-related stakeholders.
- Communicate and coordinate with overseas agents regarding shipment status, documentation, and operational requirements.
- Maintain shipment records and ensure complete documentation compliance.
- Resolve documentation discrepancies by coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ensure timely updates to customers regarding shipment progress and documentation status.
- Support the operations team in ensuring smooth end-to-end shipment execution.

Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of export and import documentation.
- Understanding of VGM, Shipping Instructions (SI), and Bill of Lading (BL)



processes.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English & Hindi.
- Solid coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in commerce (B.Com), Business Administration (BBA), International Business, Commerce & Marketing or any other related discipline.
- 0-2 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, Shipping, Logistics, or Supply Chain operations. (Freshers can also apply)
- 2. Fresh graduates with relevant internships or exposure to logistics documentation are also encouraged to apply.
- Location -Only Delhi NCR

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
