Job Title: Senior Travel Consultant / Holiday Sales Specialist

Location: Vasai West, Maharashtra

Work Hours: Monday to Friday (10:00 AM - 7:00 PM) | Saturday (10:00 AM - 3:00 PM)

Salary: ₹2.4 LPA - ₹3.6 LPA (Negotiable based on experience) + Uncapped Performance Incentives

Experience Required: 3 to 4+ Years in Leisure Travel Sales (Domestic & International)

About the Role

Are you an experienced travel sales skilled who knows how to craft memorable holidays and close sales? We are looking for an energetic, independent Senior Travel Consultant to handle end-to-end holiday package sales for both domestic and international destinations.

In this role, you will work with fresh incoming leads from our targeted social media ad campaigns as well as re-engage our database of past clients. You will have full ownership over understanding client needs, coordinating with suppliers, calculating costing/markups, and delivering customized travel itineraries—with full backing and guidance from management whenever needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Itinerary Curation & Costing:



Independently design customized, end-to-end holiday itineraries (Domestic & International) based on client budgets and preferences.
- Vendor & Rate Management: Liaise with DMC networks, hotel partners, flight desks, and local suppliers to gather quotes, calculate margins/markups, and build accurate package pricing. _(Guidance provided for vendor contacts and final negotiation)._
- End-to-End Client Consultation: Guide clients on destinations, visa requirements, best time to visit, and local travel experiences.
- Booking & Operations Support: Collect payments, issue vouchers, manage flight/hotel confirmations, and conduct pre-departure briefings.
- Issue Resolution: Handle schedule modifications, emergency queries, or special requests before or during the client's trip.
