Your impact

As an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead, you will play a pivotal role in a global initiative focused on driving cross-company change strategies for Global Delivery. This role offers a unique prospect to partner closely with senior leadership across the organization, providing proactive and strategic guidance to increase adoption of Global Delivery-focused initiatives and ensure successful outcomes.

You will be responsible for key components of research, planning, and monitoring of change strategies that underpin the broader change portfolio within Jacobs.



You'll support teams and individuals through transformational change, helping them adapt to new ways of working. As part of a high-performing team, you will be challenged and inspired as we deliver a significant step change in performance to enable ‘best in class’ change delivery. You’ll collaborate with Organizational Change Leads, communications, training, and other key stakeholders to assess change impacts, gauge business readiness, and define and monitor critical success metrics.

Have knowledge of a structured methodology to develop components of a consistent change strategy to meet the unique needs of each change initiative.

Be proactive in partnering and challenging senior leadership to achieve adoption.

Collaborate with staff across corporate functions, lines of business and programmes to aid the development of strategies in support of projects and initiatives.
