Conversion & Targets: Nurture leads through the decision-making funnel and guide them toward consultations or registration.
Information Dissemination: Stay updated on overseas job criteria, university admission norms, and visa processes to provide accurate guidance.
Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years of mandatory telecalling experience specifically within the education, study-abroad, or career counseling sector.
Domain Focus:
Prior experience handling education or overseas career leads is essential.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (knowledge of German is a welcome bonus).
Skills: Confident telephone etiquette, active listening, persuasive negotiation skills, and basic computer/CRM proficiency.
Education: Minimum Graduation (any stream).
