Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for embroidery machines.
- Handle on-site (in-person) machine installation, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Provide virtual technical support to customers via phone and video calls.
- Diagnose machine issues and guide customers with effective solutions.
- Maintain service reports and update job status regularly.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Experience in embroidery machine servicing is preferred.




- Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
