Toothsi (MakeO) is a rapid-growing healthcare brand revolutionizing dental care with innovative aligner solutions. We are expanding our B2B network and seeking driven sales professionals to partner with dental clinics and healthcare providers across India.
Role Overview
We are looking for highly motivated B2B Sales Executives / Medical Representatives to drive partnerships with dentists, clinics, and healthcare professionals. This is a field-intensive role requiring strong relationship-building and sales skills.

- South India: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Vizag, Mysore, Hubli, Tirupati, Guntur, Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai, Trichy, Kochi, Trivandrum, Calicut, Kerala
- West India: Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Pune, Nagpur, Surat, Nashik, Baroda
- North & Central India: Delhi, Chandigarh, Lucknow, Jaipur, Indore, Bhopal, Patna, Kanpur, Madhya Pradesh
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with dentists, clinics, and healthcare partners
- Promote Smile Aligners products and services to potential B2B clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and onboarding of partners
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
- Maintain strong follow-ups and ensure partner satisfaction
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution and delivery
Requirements:
- 1 1-5 years of experience in Medical Representative roles, Pharma / Healthcare / Dental sales, or B2B field sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated personality
- Willingness to travel extensively for field sales
- Ability to build long-term professional relationships
- Local market knowledge preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Science / Pharma / Healthcare preferred) 2 Prior experience in dental
