Job Type: Full time | Rotational Shifts (12 hrs, Day/Night)

Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹40,000 per month

About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily fabrication activities and ensure production targets are met
- Plan and allocate manpower efficiently across shifts
- Conduct QC checks on all fabricated work prior to dispatch
- Identify and report rework/rejection issues to management
- Obtain client approvals for ongoing work and collect updated drawings
- Coordinate with client's Production, QC, and Operations teams
- Maintain accurate records: attendance, production/quantity, QC approvals, material receiving/dispatch, and tools/equipment/consumables
- Ensure PPE compliance and conduct daily Toolbox Talks (TBT)
- Maintain discipline and safety standards among deployed labour
- Support material reconciliation and project closure activities
- Report daily progress and site issues to management
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in PEB/structural fabrication supervision.
- Strong drawing-reading ability and QC knowledge.
- Good communication skills for client-facing coordination.
- Willingness to work rotational day/night shifts.
