Essential Requirements
- 12+ years of related experience
- Demonstrated delivery of complex distributed systems and integrations.
- Robust automation mindset across build, test, and deploy pipelines.
- Experience enforcing security controls and proactive risk mitigation.
- Effective stakeholder engagement and technical storytelling.

Desirable Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or equivalent platform certification
