Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Café Manager located in South Delhi. The Café Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day café operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, and driving sales performance. The role requires robust operational control, team leadership, and hands-on involvement in both front-of-house and backend functions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall café operations including service, quality, and hygiene standards
- Drive _sales, upselling, and customer engagement_
- Monitor and manage _P&L;, cost control, and inventory_
- Ensure excellent _customer satisfaction and guest experience_
- Lead, train,



and supervise café staff including baristas and service team
- Handle staff scheduling, performance management, and daily briefings
- Oversee coffee quality and beverage consistency
- Execute local store marketing initiatives to drive footfall
- Maintain smooth coordination with central kitchen and management

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum _5+ years of experience_ in café / QSR / casual dining
- Strong _coffee background_ (coffee chains preferred)
- Proven expertise in _sales driving, customer interaction & team handling_
- Good understanding of _P&L;, food cost, and operational controls_
- Ability to _handle high-pressure environments and peak hours_
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience in hiring, training, and managing teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality / Business Management preferred
