Salary: ₹30,000-₹35,000/month
Experience: 4-7 years | Multi-Cuisine Restaurant Experience Preferred

We are looking for a hands-on Restaurant Manager to take complete responsibility for the day-to-day operations of our multi-cuisine outlet, Kumar Family Restaurant (Kothamangalam) and manage a team of approximately 35 employees.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall restaurant operations and team.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and service standards.
- Maintain consistent food quality, hygiene and presentation.
- Manage staff scheduling, discipline, training and performance.
- Monitor sales, wastage, inventory and operational costs.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution.
- Coordinate between kitchen,



service, billing, housekeeping and maintenance.
- Ensure the restaurant is clean, well-maintained and runs smoothly.
- Report key operational issues and performance to management.

We’re Looking For

A responsible, energetic and hands-on leader with solid people-management and communication skills who can take ownership of the outlet and solve day-to-day problems independently.
