Job Responsibilities
- Handle complete export documentation and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
- Prepare and manage export-related documents including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Shipping Bills, and other required documentation.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and overseas customers for timely shipments.
- Generate recent export business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing international clients.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, orders, and payments.
- Monitor export orders from confirmation to dispatch and ensure timely execution.
- Ensure compliance with export procedures, customs regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate internally with production, dispatch, and logistics teams for smooth order execution.
- Maintain accurate export records and prepare reports as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Export Sales and Export Documentation.
- Prior experience in the Chemical Industry is mandatory.




- Strong understanding of export documentation, international shipping procedures, and export processes.
- Good communication skills with fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Education
- Graduate in any discipline.

Bond Requirement
- Experience in export sales within the chemical industry.
- Knowledge of international trade practices and export compliance.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple export orders simultaneously.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Rajkot, Gujarat (Rajkot): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
