Role Overview

Key Responsibilities1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Identify and acquire new clients within the U.S. IT and Non-IT staffing market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and hiring managers.
- Understand client hiring needs and provide customized staffing solutions.
- Build long-term partnerships to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close new business opportunities.

2. Business Development
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other business development activities.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Represent the company in industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings.

3. Staffing & Recruitment Coordination




- Work closely with the recruitment team to fulfill client requirements for IT and Non-IT positions.

4. Contract Negotiation & Account Management
- Negotiate pricing, staffing agreements, and contract terms with clients.
- Ensure all contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain profitable client accounts while delivering quality service.

5. Performance Reporting
- Track business development activities, sales pipeline, and client engagement.
- Prepare regular reports on lead generation, revenue, and business performance.
- Collaborate with leadership to achieve organizational growth objectives.

6. Market Research & Strategy
- Identify new business opportunities through market research.
- Develop strategies to expand market presence and increase revenue.
- Analyze client requirements and recommend competitive staffing solutions.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development within the US Staffing/Recruitment
