Manage day-to-day relationships with existing dealers and distributors.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term dealer relationships.
- Regularly visit dealers and understand their business requirements.
- Identify new dealers/distributors and expand the market network.
- Monitor dealer performance, sales targets and business potential.
- Resolve dealer complaints, commercial issues and service-related concerns.
- Achieve assigned sales and collection targets through the dealer network.
- Develop territory-wise sales plans and dealer-wise business strategies.
- Generate business opportunities for submersible pumps, motors, wire & cable and related products.
- Monitor market demand, competitor activities, pricing and product movement.
- Support dealers in increasing product penetration and secondary sales.
- Ensure proper follow-up on quotations, orders and pending business.
- Order & Internal Coordination

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
