About the Role

Shivanjali Renewables Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident, energetic, and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our Sales & Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Generate new leads through telephonic communication and other assigned sources.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information about company products and services.
- Qualify leads and identify genuine business opportunities.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team for qualified and interested leads.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM/software.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely information.




- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the reporting manager.
- Support the sales team in achieving overall business development objectives.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, telecalling, telesales, customer service, counselling or lead generation will be preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and follow-up abilities.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and communicating with customers.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and CRM/software.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented setting.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
- Good command of English, Hindi, and/or Marathi will be an advantage.
