Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations
- Manage day-to-day warehouse activities.
- Supervise loading, unloading, storage, and dispatch of imported tyres.
- Ensure proper stacking and secure handling of tyres.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Optimize warehouse space for efficient storage.

Import Documentation
- Handle all documentation related to tyre import consignments.
- Verify commercial invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading, and import-related documents.
- Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transporters.
- Maintain accurate records of all import documents.
- Ensure timely documentation for customs clearance and warehouse receipt.

Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate stock records using ERP or inventory software.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification.
- Monitor stock movement and reconcile discrepancies.
- Generate inventory reports for management.





Dispatch & Logistics
- Coordinate dispatches to dealers and customers across India.
- Prepare dispatch documentation, including invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and transport documents.
- Coordinate with transporters for timely deliveries.

Compliance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Maintain proper filing of import and warehouse records for audits.
- Follow safety and operational procedures.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the tyre, automotive, or import/export industry.

Required Skills:
- Knowledge of import/export documentation.
- Familiarity with customs clearance procedures.
- Inventory management and stock reconciliation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and ERP software.
