About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality marketing collaterals including brochures, flyers, project profiles, presentations, newsletters, catalogues, standees, banners, hoardings, newspaper advertisements, and sales kits.
- Develop branding materials for residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, and mixed-use real estate projects.
- Design project launch campaigns, promotional materials, leasing presentations, investor decks, and corporate branding collateral.
- Prepare visually appealing layouts for floor plans, master plans, site maps, location maps, and project illustrations.
- Create compelling presentation decks for management, clients, investors, and channel partners.
- Edit and enhance property photographs, architectural renders, and marketing visuals.
- Produce promotional videos, motion graphics, reels, and digital content for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Leverage AI-powered design and video generation tools to create creative creatives, promotional videos, animations, and marketing assets.




- Ensure all designs maintain brand consistency and adhere to corporate identity guidelines.
- Coordinate with marketing, leasing, sales, architects, photographers, printers, digital agencies, and external vendors for creative execution.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, digital marketing practices, and AI-based creative technologies to enhance productivity and creativity.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in graphic design, preferably in the real estate, architecture, construction, hospitality, or luxury lifestyle sectors.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, digital creatives, print media, and marketing campaigns.

Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
