We're looking for a growth-focused marketer who understands that great marketing is measured by profitable sales, not vanity metrics.

The Prospect

This is not a typical social media job.

You'll own the complete growth marketing function—from paid advertising and content strategy to customer acquisition and conversion optimization.

If you enjoy solving growth challenges, analyzing data, creating content that converts, and scaling premium brands, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll OwnPerformance Marketing

You'll be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing campaigns across:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- TikTok Ads
- Google Ads (basic knowledge required)

Your responsibilities include:
- Building profitable customer acquisition campaigns
- Managing advertising budgets responsibly




- Improving ROAS while controlling CAC
- Scaling winning campaigns using data
- Audience research & targeting
- Creative testing (A/B Testing)
- Retargeting campaigns
- Meta Pixel & Conversion API
- Funnel optimization
- Daily campaign monitoring and reporting

What Matters Most

We're not looking for someone who simply spends ad budgets.

We're looking for someone who understands:
- How to generate profitable sales
- How to increase ROAS consistently
- When not to spend money
- How to reduce wasted ad spend
- How to scale campaigns without sacrificing profitability

We value commercial thinking over vanity metrics.

You'll manage our presence across:
- Instagram
- Facebook
- TikTok
- Pinterest (Bonus)

Responsibilities include:
- Monthly content planning
- Content calendar management
- Daily posting
- Caption writing
- Community management
- Trend research
