1. JOB OVERVIEW

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Bookkeeping & Ledger Maintenance: Maintain, enter, and review accurate day-to-day books of accounts in Tally software (voucher entries, journal vouchers, purchases, sales, and ledger updates).
- Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS): Perform regular bank reconciliations, monitor cash flows, and proactively resolve discrepancies between bank statements and books.
- Financial Accounting & Finalization Support: Assist in preparing regular financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and supporting schedules.
- Reconciliations & Discrepancy Resolution: Execute routine account reconciliations (debtors, creditors, inter-branch reconciliations) necessary for smooth audit and financial finalization.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all accounting documentation, supporting vouchers, invoices, and records are properly organized and aligned with standard accounting standards.

3. KEY REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Qualified Experience: Demonstrated hands-on experience in accounting, ledger maintenance,



and financial reconciliations.

4. TECHNICAL SKILLS & CORE COMPETENCIES
- Tally Proficiency: Full working knowledge and hands-on operational capability in Tally Prime / ERP 9 (including voucher entries, ledger configuration, report extraction, and trial balance verification).
- MS Excel Skills: Proficient in MS Excel for data analysis, routine reporting, lookup formulas, and financial calculations.
- Analytical Thinking & Precision: High attention to detail with strong analytical and numerical reasoning abilities to spot and resolve financial discrepancies efficiently.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
