About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Understand project requirements and translate them into clear technical tasks for the development team.
- Coordinate with developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, DevOps engineers, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve blockers.
- Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and client review meetings.
- Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management best practices.
- Communicate project updates, timelines, and risks to clients and senior management.
- Review technical solutions with the engineering team to ensure feasibility, scalability, and quality.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates.
- Ensure projects meet quality standards, business objectives, and client expectations.
- Mentor and guide team members while fostering collaboration and accountability.
Technical Skills Required
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Positive knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and REST APIs.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, Generative AI, LLMs, APIs, and cloud-based AI services.
- Understanding of backend technologies, databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB), and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with Git/GitHub and CI/CD workflows.
- Understanding of software architecture, deployment processes, and quality assurance practices.
