Job Description - Communicative English Trainer

Location: Chennai ,Tamilnadu

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Communicative English training sessions to students and working professionals.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and classroom activities.
- Conduct both online and offline training sessions.
- Assess learners' progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Create and update English learning content.
- Shoot professional video lessons for our online courses and learning modules.
- Collaborate with the content and video production teams to develop high-quality educational videos.
- Participate in workshops, seminars, and promotional events whenever required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English or any relevant discipline.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.




- Prior experience in English language training is preferred.
- Confident in front of the camera and willing to record educational videos.
- Ability to simplify grammar and spoken English concepts for learners.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with online teaching platforms.

- Positive attitude and learner-centric approach.
- Creative in content delivery and lesson planning.
- Self-motivated and adaptable.
- Willingness to travel occasionally, if required.
