Job Title: Travel Sales Consultant - Corporate & Trade Fairs (Telesales)

Location: Vasai West, Maharashtra

Work Hours: Mon-Fri (10:00 AM - 7:00 PM) | Sat (10:00 AM - 3:00 PM)

Experience: Freshers welcome / 0-2 years in sales (Travel industry experience is a plus)

About the Role

Are you a quick learner with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales? We are looking for energetic and smart individuals to join our team as Travel Sales Consultants. You will focus on selling specialized corporate travel packages for major international trade fairs (such as Canton Fair, CPHi, ACHEMA, and global business expos) to business travelers, exporters, and corporate clients.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):
- Active Telesales & Lead Conversion: Call potential business clients through cold outreach and actively follow up on inbound leads from social media ad campaigns.
- Consultative Pitching: Understand client preferences, present appropriate fixed-departure trade fair travel packages, and close sales over the phone.




- Itinerary & Booking Management: Guide clients through package details, process bookings, collect payments, and send booking confirmations and travel docs.
- Client Briefings & Guidance: Provide delegates with essential travel info—including flight details, hotel stays, visa assistance, local travel guidance, and exhibition schedules.
- Post-Sales & Relationship Management: Maintain touchpoints before, during, and after the trip to handle queries, build trust, and drive repeat corporate business.
- CRM & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-up status, and payments in our database.

What We’re Looking For (Skills & Qualification):
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (Tourism, Business, Communications, or any related field).
- Communication & Negotiation: Sharp verbal communication, confident phone manner, and the ability to handle objections smoothly.
