Brief Overview of the Position

Key Responsibilities
- Overall 8-12 Years of Experience in Test Automation
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Tosca or Selenium/UFT
- Perform functional test automation for SAP (ECC/S4HANA) and/or ServiceNow modules
- Create reusable test components, test cases and test data for automation frameworks
- Execute automated and manual test cycles and analyze defects
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, SAP/ServiceNow functional consultants
- Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines where applicable
- Support regression testing, patch upgrades, enhancements, and production validations
- Ensure test coverage, traceability and reporting aligned with project governance
- Mentor junior automation engineers and contribute to best practices and standards
- Should have led atleast team of 4-5 Member.
- Must have good understanding of SDLC and STLC knowledge
- Positive to Build and Execute Test Scripts with mínimal help
- Carries Strong knowledge in Test Techniques,



Test Management tools and Testing Processes
- Must have good hands on experience in Defect Management process and able to drive/run Defect triage calls
- Able to Estimate test activities
- Analyse business, functional and technical requirements and translate them into test artefacts
- Define test data requirements to support test scripts preparation and execution
- Understand the changes/enhancements and incorporate into script via maintenance and able to manage impact based testing
- Identify improvement opportunities in the testing space and feed into Test Management process
- Adhere with CC standards and processes during project test execution.

Good to Have
- Tosca Certified (AS1/AS2/TDS)
- Experience with API automation, integrations, or web services testing
- Exposure to CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git, etc.)
- Experience working in Agile / SAFe environments
- Knowledge of ServiceNow ATF or SAP Solution Manager / Focuse
