Responsibilities:
- Manage daily café operations: Oversee all aspects of daily café operations, including opening and closing procedures, food and beverage preparation, service quality, cash handling, and maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the café.
- Team leadership: Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate café staff to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence. Schedule shifts, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and cooperative work environment.
- Customer experience: Ensure every customer receives friendly, efficient, and personalized service. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, resolving issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Inventory and supply management: Monitor inventory levels, order coffee beans, food items, beverages, and café supplies, and oversee stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure product freshness. Conduct regular inventory counts and manage supplier relationships.
- Quality assurance:



Maintain high standards for food and beverage preparation, presentation, and consistency. Regularly inspect equipment, facilities, and service areas to ensure compliance with company quality standards and health regulations.
- Financial management: Monitor daily sales, labor costs, and operating expenses. Assist with budgeting, prepare daily sales reports, reconcile cash drawers, manage deposits, and identify opportunities to improve profitability and control costs.
- Health, safety, and compliance: Ensure compliance with all local health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies. Maintain accurate records, ensure staff follow sanitation procedures, and promote a safe working environment.
