Perform routine and final testing of electrical control panels
- Check wiring, connections, and component installation as per drawings
- Conduct tests such as:
- Continuity test
- Insulation resistance (IR) test
- High Voltage (HV) / Dielectric test
- Functional and load testing
- Ensure panels meet quality standards and customer specifications:
- Identify defects and coordinate with production team for rectification:
- Maintain test records and ensure proper documentation:
- Read and understand electrical schematics, GA diagrams, and BOM:
- Verify panel assembly as per approved drawings and design requirements:
- Ensure all labeling, ferruling, and tagging are correct
- Update testing status in ERP system:
- Maintain test reports, checklists, and inspection records:
- Prepare dispatch clearance documents after successful testing




- Work closely with production, quality, and design teams:
- Coordinate with clients or inspectors during factory acceptance tests (FAT):
- Support troubleshooting during installation or commissioning (if required)

Required Skills & Competencies
- Solid knowledge of electrical control panels and components:
- Experience in testing instruments (multimeter, megger, HV tester):
- Ability to read electrical drawings and circuit diagrams:
- Familiarity with safety standards and testing procedures:
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems and documentation

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
