About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Static, Dynamic, and E-commerce websites.
- Build responsive, mobile-friendly, and user-friendly websites.
- Manage website development from planning to deployment.
- Communicate directly with clients to understand requirements and provide project updates.
- Lead and coordinate the website development team.
- Collaborate with designers, content writers, and digital marketing teams.
- Optimize website performance, speed, and security.
- Implement technical SEO best practices.
- Manage hosting, domains, SSL certificates, backups, and website maintenance.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing support.
- Deliver projects on time while maintaining quality standards.

Required Skills:
- Strong experience with Static, Dynamic, and E-commerce website development.
- Expertise in WordPress, WooCommerce, and Shopify.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP,



and MySQL.
- Experience in responsive web development.
- Knowledge of website security and performance optimization.
- Basic understanding of Git/GitHub and API integrations (preferred).

SEO Skills (mandatory)
- On-Page SEO
- Technical SEO
- Google Search Console & Google Analytics
- Schema Markup, XML Sitemap, Robots.txt
- URL Structure, Redirects, Core Web Vitals
- Basic Off-Page SEO knowledge
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Solid portfolio of website development projects.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
- Elementor or other page builders
- Laravel or other PHP frameworks
- Basic UI/UX understanding
- Website migration and server management
