Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Attend inbound customer calls and provide accurate information.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, and orders.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company database.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for customer requirements.
- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues when required.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality during all customer interactions.

Required Qualifications
- 0-3 years of experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketing Executive, or Customer Support Executive.




- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

Skills Required
- Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and basic English (Punjabi is an added advantage).
- Valuable persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

Preferred Industry

Experience in manufacturing, agriculture, farm equipment, automobile, or industrial products will be preferred.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
