Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Back Office Sales team.
- Review customer inquiries, BOQs, tender documents, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with the design, estimation, purchase, and production teams to prepare accurate techno-commercial quotations.
- Prepare and review quotations, cost sheets, Proforma Invoices (PI), and Purchase Orders (PO).
- Monitor inquiry status and ensure timely submission of quotations.
- Coordinate with customers regarding technical clarifications, commercial discussions, and order processing.
- Maintain records of inquiries, quotations, orders, payment follow-ups, and project status.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Review costing, margins, discounts, and pricing before final submission.
- Ensure proper coordination between all internal departments for smooth project execution.




- Train and guide the back office sales team to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Prepare MIS reports, sales reports, and management updates.

Required Skills:
- Robust knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and turnkey kitchen projects.
- Experience in BOQ preparation, estimation, costing, and techno-commercial proposals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, ERP/CRM systems, and quotation preparation.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in back office sales, estimation, or quotation management in the commercial kitchen equipment industry.
- Prior experience in leading a back office sales team will be preferred.
