Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell enriched artemia products to shrimp and fish farms, hatcheries, and aquaculture businesses.
- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities in assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farm owners, hatchery managers, distributors, and dealers.
- Conduct regular field visits to customers to understand their requirements and provide technical product support.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales orders.
- Coordinate with production, customer care, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Collect customer feedback and market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and industry trends.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product demonstrations, seminars, and farm visits.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.




- Support new product launches and contribute to marketing strategies that strengthen the company's market presence.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on outstanding receivables.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Aquaculture, Fisheries, Marine Biology, Agriculture, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in aquaculture, fisheries, or animal nutrition.
- Strong understanding of aquaculture farming practices and live feed products is preferred.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
