Position: Senior Accounts Executive - Accounts Payable (AP)
Location: Sakinaka, Mumbai

Experience Required: 4-6 Years
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent; M.Com/MBA (Finance) preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete Accounts Payable (AP) cycle, including invoice processing, verification, and payment processing.
- Ensure timely and accurate booking of vendor invoices in the accounting system.
- Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Process vendor payments through NEFT, RTGS, and other banking channels.
- Monitor and maintain accounts payable ageing reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments and vendors regarding payment queries and invoice clarifications.
- Prepare and maintain payment schedules and cash flow reports related to vendor payments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and related reconciliations.




- Assist in GST reconciliation and compliance activities related to vendor transactions.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare MIS reports and provide financial data as required by management.
- Assist during internal and statutory audits by providing required documentation and information.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of invoices, payment records, and supporting documents.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable processes and accounting principles.
- Hands-on experience with TDS, GST, and vendor reconciliations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting, etc.).
- Experience with ERP/accounting software such as Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable.
- Experience in handling high-volume vendo
