Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month + Performance Incentives (applicable upon achieving sales targets)

Vehicle: Own two-wheeler and valid driving license are mandatory

Key Responsibilities:
- Visit potential customers and businesses across assigned territories.
- Generate qualified leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Conduct engaging SaaS product presentations and live product demo.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and business value to prospective customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into paying customers.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
- Collect market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback.




- Coordinate with the sales and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, meetings, and sales activities in CRM tools.
- Submit regular activity, lead, and performance reports to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Field Marketing, Field Sales, Business Development, or a similar role.
- Experience in SaaS, software, technology, or B2B sales is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to confidently conduct product demos and interact with business decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively within assigned areas.
- Proficiency in English; additional regional language skills are an advantage.
