What You'll Be Doing

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will:
Design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Configure and customise ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and third-party APIs.
Create and maintain catalog items, record producers, and automated workflows using Flow Designer.




Build custom applications using App Engine and low-code capabilities.
Develop and enhance Service Portal and Employee Center experiences.
Support testing, deployment, and release management activities.
Troubleshoot platform issues and deliver effective technical solutions.
Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and key stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Contribute to platform governance, optimisation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Experience
4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Solid experience across core ServiceNow platform capabilities.
