Key Responsibilities:
Handle plant costing and management accounting activities.
Prepare product/process-wise cost sheets and analyze manufacturing costs.
Monitor material, labour, overhead and conversion costs.
Analyze production variances, yield, wastage, consumption and efficiency.
Prepare monthly plant MIS and management reports.
Perform standard costing vs. actual costing analysis.
Support annual budgeting, forecasting and cost-control initiatives.
Track inventory valuation, WIP, finished goods and slow/non-moving inventory.
Monitor production cost trends and identify prospects for cost reduction.
Support pricing/product profitability analysis.
Coordinate with production, stores, procurement and supply-chain teams.
Assist in month-end closing and reconciliation of cost-related accounts.
Support internal/statutory audits and ensure compliance with costing/accounting policies.
