Lead – Recruitment |

Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to selection and onboarding.
Manage recruitment delivery for assigned clients, accounts, or industry verticals and ensure timely closure of requirements.
Understand client hiring requirements and develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies.
Lead, mentor, and monitor recruiters to achieve individual and team hiring targets.
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Drive hiring through multiple channels including job portals, social media, referrals, databases, networking, and market mapping.
Track recruitment metrics, productivity, TAT, closures, and other key performance indicators to improve delivery.
Support and drive hiring through Permanent, C2H, Contract Staffing, and RPO models as applicable.
Ensure quality, compliance,



and a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Job Requirements:
2–10 years of experience in recruitment/staffing, preferably with experience managing recruitment teams or client delivery.
Robust understanding of end-to-end recruitment and sourcing methodologies.
Experience in Permanent Hiring, C2H/Contract Staffing, and/or RPO.
Proven ability to achieve recruitment targets and deliver quality candidates within defined TATs.
Strong client management, communication, stakeholder management, and team-handling skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven and rapid-paced recruitment environment.
Experience in a specific industry/functional recruitment vertical will be an added advantage.
