Job Role: Collection Executive

Job Description
Contact borrowers through calls, emails, and site visits regarding outstanding loan payments.
Negotiate suitable payment plans or settlements with borrowers.
Explain loan terms, outstanding dues, and available repayment options.
Handle borrower queries and resolve payment-related concerns professionally.
Conduct skip tracing to locate borrowers who have moved or are not responding to initial communication.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and account updates in the database.
Prepare daily and weekly collection status and performance reports for management.
Ensure all collection activities follow ethical practices and applicable legal and regulatory guidelines, including RBI guidelines in India.




Avoid any form of harassment or inappropriate collection practices.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding high-risk or unresolved accounts.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Contact: Make calls, send emails, and conduct field visits to borrowers.
Payment Negotiation: Discuss repayment plans and settlements.
Skip Tracing: Locate borrowers who are difficult to reach.
Documentation: Maintain updated collection and customer records.
Reporting: Submit regular collection performance reports.
Query Resolution: Address debtor concerns and provide appropriate loan-related information.
Compliance: Follow company policies, ethical collection practices, and applicable RBI guidelines.
