Video Editor – Luxury Beauty

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, trend-savvy Video Editor with a solid eye for luxury beauty storytelling, premium aesthetics, and social-first content. You’ll create high-quality, performance-focused videos for Reels, ads, product launches, UGC, influencer content, and founder-led storytelling.

Key Responsibilities
Edit engaging Reels, Meta ads, YouTube Shorts, product launches, UGC, influencer, and founder-led content.
Create premium beauty edits with robust hooks, pacing, typography, transitions, sound design, and motion graphics.
Edit product content including swatches, textures, application, before/after, wear tests, shade comparisons, and product explainers.
Repurpose long-form footage into sharp, platform-ready short-form content.
Create multiple formats and variations for ads, A/B testing, stories, teasers, and performance creatives.
Use AI tools to accelerate editing, ideation, visual enhancement, and content production.
Stay updated with beauty,



fashion, skincare, UGC, creator, and social media trends.
Maintain organised footage, project files, templates, subtitles, music, and brand assets.

Requirements
1–2 years of skilled video editing experience with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, VN, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of luxury aesthetics, beauty content, short-form storytelling, and social-first editing.
Good knowledge of motion graphics, typography, captions, colour correction, transitions, and sound design.
Familiarity with AI tools such as Runway, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut AI, etc.
Experience with beauty, fashion, skincare, wellness, lifestyle, or D2C brands is preferred.
Strong understanding of hooks, retention, watch time, CTAs, and conversion-focused editing.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.
