Overview:

We are looking for an Investment Banking & Corporate Finance Associate with 3–5 years of experience across investment banking, M&A;, corporate finance, transaction advisory, strategy, consulting, or related finance roles.

The role is focused on supporting live transactions, corporate finance analysis, buyer and investor research, transaction materials, and deal execution work. This is suitable for candidates who have basic to moderate exposure to M&A;, capital raising, financial analysis, valuation, or corporate strategy and want to grow further in transaction execution.

Key Responsibilities
Support M&A;, capital raising, and corporate finance transactions
Prepare and assist with teasers, pitch decks, CIMs, financial summaries, and transaction materials
Conduct financial statement analysis, business analysis, valuation support, and market research
Assist with due diligence, data room management, and deal documentation
Identify and map potential buyers, investors, strategic acquirers, and private equity firms
Track deal progress, follow-ups, research updates, and transaction pipelines




Support corporate strategy work, including sector research, competitor analysis, and business model assessment

Requirements
3–5 years of experience in investment banking, M&A;, corporate finance, transaction advisory, strategy, consulting, or Big 4 transaction-related roles
Exposure to M&A;, capital raising, valuation, financial analysis, deal research, or corporate strategy projects
Robust understanding of financial statements, business models, valuation basics, and transaction processes
Valuable Excel and PowerPoint skills
Experience preparing pitch decks, teasers, CIMs, financial models, or investor materials will be preferred
Strong research, analytical, written communication, and attention-to-detail skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced transaction-focused workplace

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, Business, or a related field. CFA, CA, MBA, or relevant finance certifications will be an added advantage.
