Job Role: Relationship Manager

Job Description
Manage and develop solid relationships with current and existing customers.
Generate leads through field activities, customer references, and market visits.
Promote and sell insurance and other BFSI products.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial products.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into business.
Achieve assigned sales and business targets.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and policy processing.
Participate in office and field-based sales activities.
Maintain consistent performance and contribute to overall business growth.

Candidate Eligibility
Qualification: Graduate; passing certificate is mandatory.
Experience: 1 year of experience in Insurance / BFSI Sales.
Age: 24–39 years.
Two-Wheeler: Mandatory.
PAN Card: Mandatory.




Candidates must have stable employment history.
Candidates with significant career gaps or stability issues are not eligible.
Valid documents are required for experienced candidates.

Salary & Benefits
Fixed In-Hand Salary: ₹21,500 (₹25,000 CTC) to ₹35,000 (₹37,000 CTC), depending on experience and valid documents.
