Over 10+ years of experience in Voice VAS core domain.
Solid understanding of project management, customer service, and technical knowledge voice core network elements, including NGN, IMS MGW, IMS, SBC, IN, STP SMSC
Excellent problem-solving, leadership,



and communication skills.
Proficiency in network monitoring and troubleshooting tools (e. g. , Wireshark, Tektronix). .
Experience with VoIP, SIP Trunking, and other IP-based communication systems.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Project management experience .
Innovative thinking for analysing customer issues and resolution.
