Junior Executive – Job Responsibilities
Assist the senior team in daily operational and administrative activities.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Handle customer calls, queries, follow-ups, and basic documentation.
Maintain records, reports, files, and relevant data accurately.
Support the team in achieving daily and monthly targets.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, candidates, or internal teams as required.
Prepare and update Excel sheets, MIS reports, and other office records.
Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
Assist in preparing documents, presentations, and other official communication.
Monitor assigned activities and report progress to the reporting manager.
Resolve routine issues or escalate them to the concerned senior when required.
Maintain skilled communication with customers and team members.
Follow company policies, procedures, and work standards.
Perform other duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
