Job Responsibilities
Meet prospective clients at their homes, offices, or project sites.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable architectural and interior solutions.
Present Buildzy's portfolio, quotations, and project proposals.
Conduct site visits and client meetings.
Negotiate pricing and close deals.
Coordinate with architects, designers, and project teams.
Build long-term client relationships.
Achieve monthly revenue targets. Required Skills
Proven experience in Architecture or Interior Design sales.
Robust presentation and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of residential and commercial interiors.
Understanding of floor plans, materials, modular kitchens, wardrobes, false ceilings, flooring, lighting, and construction processes.
Ability to close high-value projects.
Willingness to travel for client meetings. Preferred Industry
