We are looking for a Medical Receptionist for our Hair Transplant Clinic in Dehradun.
Key Responsibilities
Manage reception, appointments and day-to-day clinic coordination.
Welcome and assist patients professionally.
Handle patient enquiries, phone calls and WhatsApp communication.
Make cold calls and follow-up calls to potential patients.
Maintain patient data, records and lead follow-ups.
Coordinate between patients, doctors and clinical staff.
Assist doctors during consultations and procedures.
sample collection experience is preferred.
Maintain basic clinic records and ensure proper patient coordination.
Pay: ₹10,624.44 - ₹15,130.09 per month
