Job Role: Sales Officer

Job Description
Sell the bank’s CASA products and other banking products to recent customers.
Acquire recent customers through direct sales and local market activities.
Conduct marketing activities within the assigned area.
Travel locally on a daily basis to meet potential customers.
Contact existing customers to encourage additional deposits.
Cross-sell relevant banking products to existing customers.
Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and business targets.
Maintain proper customer records and documentation.
Follow bank policies, compliance requirements, and sales procedures.

Eligibility
Qualification: Any Degree.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.




Willingness to work in field sales.
Target-oriented approach.
Ability to travel locally for customer meetings.

Salary & Incentives
Salary: ₹19,000 CTC per month.
Take-Home: ₹16,000 per month.
Incentives: Up to ₹50,000 per month based on performance.

Growth opportunities
Opportunity for promotion to ASM (Area Sales Manager) within 6 months, based on performance.
