Guest Service Excellence
Order Management: Take food and beverage orders from guests via phone or in-room ordering systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Delivery & Presentation: Oversee the timely and courteous delivery of orders to guest rooms, ensuring presentation meets resort standards.

Team Leadership & Training
Staff Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of room service attendants, ensuring adherence to service standards and operational procedures.
Training: Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing coaching for existing staff to maintain high service quality.
Scheduling: Prepare and manage staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage during peak and off-peak hours.SetupMyHotel+1Salary.com+1
Operational Efficiency
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of food, beverages, and service equipment, placing orders as necessary.
Quality Control: Ensure all food and beverage items are prepared and presented according to resort standards.
Cleanliness & Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness of service areas, equipment, and guest rooms post-service.




Financial Transactions
Billing: Accurately process guest charges, including room charges, credit cards, and cash payments.
Reporting: Prepare daily sales reports and submit them to the Food & Beverage Manager.Salary.com+1SetupMyHotel+1
Health & Safety Compliance
Regulations Adherence: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards and sanitation protocols.
Emergency Procedures: Be trained in emergency procedures and first aid to handle any incidents effectively.

Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role within a resort or luxury hotel.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust leadership and team management abilities.
Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
In-depth knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality service

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
