Job Role: Hair Stylist

Job Description
Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and recommend suitable services.
Perform haircuts, hair styling, blow-drying, hair spa, treatments, coloring, smoothening, keratin, rebonding, and other salon services according to company standards.
Recommend and promote salon services and professional retail products to clients.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitization of workstations and tools.
Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
Achieve individual service and retail sales targets.
Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, treatments, and professional products.
Handle client concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.
Follow salon SOPs, grooming standards, health, and safety guidelines.




Support the team in maintaining smooth day-to-day studio operations.

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 2–5 years of salon experience.
Certification or professional training in hairstyling is preferred.
Robust communication and customer service skills.
Good knowledge of skilled hair products and treatments.
Strong client-handling and relationship-building skills.
Sales-oriented and target-focused approach.
Ability to work adaptable shifts, weekends, and holidays according to business requirements.
